VexoSite may collect account details, role, country, project files, room geometry, BOQs, supplier applications, product listings, orders, messages, dispute evidence, device information, crash reports, and support communications. Payment card and bank details should be handled by the payment provider rather than stored directly by VexoSite.
2. Why We Use Data
Data is used to provide accounts, project tools, collaboration, supplier workflows, ordering, support, security monitoring, fraud prevention, notifications, and app reliability improvements. Optional marketing or analytics should be controlled by user consent and local requirements.
3. Sharing
Data may be processed by infrastructure, authentication, storage, payment, email, notification, and crash-reporting providers used to operate the service. Data may also be disclosed when required by valid legal process. VexoSite should not sell personal data to advertisers or data brokers.
4. Retention and Deletion
Retention periods depend on account status, project activity, accounting rules, dispute handling, fraud prevention, and legal obligations. Users should be able to request account deletion, project export, and privacy assistance through support channels, subject to records that must be retained by law.
5. Security
The app uses platform security controls, authenticated backend access, release hardening, and database access policies. No system is risk-free, so sensitive project, payment, and identity information should be shared only when needed and reported immediately if misuse is suspected.
